Peach & Buckwheat cream

FR - Enjoy this tasty and sweet cream for dessert in summertime. 

Creme peches et sarrasin

 

Ingredients: 1 peach, 130g buckwheat, 10cl coco milk, 1 tablespoon agave syrup.

Preparation: Soak overnight the buckwheat in water for a night.

The next morning, drain the buckwheat and put it in the bowl of a mixer with coco milk and agave syrup.

Mix together till obtention of a homogeneous cream.

Pour in 2 ramekins.

Wash and cut the peach in small dices and garnish the cream.

Yummy!
