FR - L'effet Papillon (read our paper) is the story of a women's collective with a strong participative and collaborative spirit.
Since it was founded in January 2025, L'Effet Papillon has been inspiring its members' entrepreneurial spirit, encouraging collaboration and sharing.

L'Effet Papillon is a friendly, caring business network created for women entrepreneurs (aspiring or existing) who want to move forward, learn and support each other in a dynamic way. L'effet Papillon, about to become an association
On its way to becoming an association before 2026, L'effet Papillon already has federated more than 80 participants who are keen to emphasise the importance of organising training workshops.
In preparation, a diverse programme (one workshop a month led by a member of the collective), meeting the needs of women entrepreneurs:
Business development (focusing on sales techniques, business plans, financial projections, customer relationship management, etc ),
Marketing and communication (focus on customer acquisition, networks such as Instagram and LinkedIn),
Digitalisation and digital tools (to be defined).
And that's not all!
A new workshop on Branding (read our paper), this time led by one of our members, Marie.
Finally, a workshop on Work-Life Balance.

The meetings
L'effet Papillon is also about getting together to exchange ideas, propose projects and get to know each other better. The breakfasts (9am to 10am) will continue, completed over the course of the year by a number of lunches (12 noon to 2pm) and afterworks (1 per quarter) in the late afternoon and early evening.
There will also be one seminar day a year (at 50% off the public rate) and two festive evenings: one in June to celebrate our progress and the other in December to bring the year to a close in style.
