Gourmet trio of tomatoes, fresh figs and ricotta

It's fig season. Make the most of it with this refreshing recipe made in UzEssentiel!

2 ripe tomatoes, 4 fresh figs, 250 g ricotta, olive oil, Provence herbs, some salt.


Dice the tomatoes, season with salt and some olive oil. Set aside.

Cut the figs in the same way. Set aside.


Put the ricotta in a bowl, add some salt, the herbs and a drizzle of olive oil. Mix gently.



Place a small amount of ricotta, a bed of diced tomatoes, some ricotta, a bed of figs, and so on.

Drizzle with olive oil to finish the setting.
