Let's chat
Les Entrepreneuses Gardoises brings together female business leaders committed to collaboration and mutual support, with the shared aim of ‘sharing, supporting and developing their businesses, networks and initiatives, which also help to strengthen our community.
The collective, which is set to grow over the years whilst remaining on a human scale, is made up of female entrepreneurs, business owners and freelancers from fields as varied as wellbeing, fashion and beauty, property, the pet sector, gastronomy, business services, leisure and the creative industries… It represents a network of close-knit and complementary working women.’
Are there any other sectors set to join your collective?
‘Above all, we are looking for profiles not yet represented within the association, or professionals whose work may be similar to existing roles, whilst offering a different and complementary service.

A group of female business owners in the Gard, carefully selected for the quality of their work,
their professional expertise and their human values.

We also wish to welcome more women working in professions that are still predominantly male-dominated: car mechanics, landscape gardeners, plumbers, electricians, building tradeswomen and mechanics. The aim is to continue enriching the diversity of trades and skills within ‘Entrepreneuses Gardoises’, in order to create an ever more varied, dynamic and complementary network.’

Support and guidance for professional projects and challenges,
skills development, breaking down isolation, and engagement.
From Les Angles to Nîmes, from Uzès to Beaucaire, from Bagnols-sur-Cèze to Rochefort-du-Gard and Remoulins,
our network extends 20 km around the Pont du Gard.

Monthly meetings
‘We have been meeting twice a month since the start of the new academic year in September to work together on developing the association in terms of communication, partnerships, online and external training, collaboration and the development of projects between female entrepreneurs.’
A constantly evolving collective
‘We aim to grow by offering the local area a range of high-quality services and products – that is to say, serious, competent professionals who are committed to their work and dedicated to providing genuine expertise and high-quality support to their clients.
However, we wish to remain a small, close-knit association. For us, growing does not necessarily mean increasing our numbers. It is essential to preserve the close-knit atmosphere, friendliness, quality of interaction and relationships between members, as this is what makes Les Entrepreneuses Gardoises so strong today.
Our aim is therefore to grow in a considered manner, prioritising the complementary nature of members’ profiles and their active involvement, rather than simply seeking quantity.
Three years after its founding, the collective now has around forty active members. Joining us couldn’t be simpler! Following an initial meeting, we explain how the association works to the prospective member, then invite them to attend one of our meetings. If they identify with and share our values and the spirit of the association, they are welcome to join us.’
