FR - This smooth cabbage stew is an invigorating recipe shared by the community of the Solan monastery in La Bastide-d'Engras. An ideal dish to share during the fall and winter.
Easy to prepare and so delicious, this vegetable stew will warm you up from the first to the last frost.
Ingredients: 400 g cabbage cut into 2 cm strips, 125 g sliced fennel, 150 g chopped onions, 30 g olive oil, 120 g diced carrots, 100 g diced potatoes, 170 g diced turnips, 100 g white chards cut into 2 cm sections, 18 g salt, 200 g apple juice, 200 g water.

turnips are rich in potassium...
Brown the onions with olive oil.
Add all the other ingredients.
Cover and cook over low heat for 15 to 30 minutes, stirring regularly.
Add water if necessary.
