Chestnut flour and honey gingerbread
FR - A very delicious and easy to make recipe to enjoy with your afternoon tea.
A comforting dessert to have during fall and winter, this gingerbread mixes with success the chesnut flour and honey.
250 g chesnut flour, 130 g chesnut honey, 10 à 20 g brown sugar (or a bit more if you are a sweet tooth), 1 dl warm water, some dry yeast, half glass of orange or mixed fruit juice, some orange zest.
Mix together honey, sugar, yeast and warm water in a bowl. Gently add the flour, the fruit juice and the zest.
Pour in a buttered cake mold and bake at 180º for about 45 mn.
