Rosmary For Ever Cocktail by Catherine Roger

This cocktail features rosemary (Salvia rosmarinus), one of the region's emblematic shrubs.

Cocktail Romarin for ever©Terresd'UzèsFR - Grapefruit, Terres d'Uzès organic rosemary syrup and gin... A perfect combination of the slightly resinous flavour of rosemary and the tart taste of grapefruit - a must!

Preparation

Fill a large glass with crushed ice, add 3 tablespoons of rosemary syrup, 1/2 pink grapefruit (pink for the colour, of course, but yellow grapefruit is also ok for this recipe) squeezed with its pulp, and 5 cl of gin.

Stir and top up with still or sparkling water to taste.
