My Art of Entertaining: Recipes and Tips from Miss Maggie’s Kitchen by Héloïse Brion

This lively book by Héloïse Brion, founder of Miss Maggie's kitchen, is all about delicious products and great recipes.

Art of recipes©Flammarion"After working in the fashion world for over 15 years - including with Calvin Klein, Roger Vivier and Ines de La Fressange - Héloïse initially began ‘Miss Maggie’s Kitchen’ as a hobby. It quickly grew and now blends cooking, entertaining and lifestyle in a classic French style with a modern twist. Her food is all about simple, family-style dishes made with regional, market-fresh produce, and Héloïse loves nothing more than mixing multiple generations around the table!

All the photos in the book (including the interiors and garden) are of Héloïse’s home in the Normandy countryside, an old hunting lodge dating from 1895. Héloïse and her husband (the photographer for the book Christophe Roué) thought it had had a distinctly British look and christened it "Miss Maggie"! It is full of many beautiful things and the result is a house with personality and a lot of soul that is also a source of inspiration for Héloïse, alongside her other great passions of cooking and setting beautiful tables".
