FR - A Branding workshop was held at Tiers-lieu le 21, organised by L'effet Papillon and led by Béatrice Baulard from Brindazar.
10 people turned up to take part in this first, short approach to branding, which focuses on a company's image, its communication and how to come up with simple ideas to communicate.
Each spoke about her own project, her own world, ranging from textile design to well-being, shiatsu, decoration, writing, yoga, coordination and professional training...

What are we lacking in order to bring new offers to fruition, manage new projects and attract customers or investors? The gift of knowing how to make yourself known, an art we need to master, and one in which branding comes into play.
You also need to analyse and identify the profile of ‘customers’ interested in your profile, your image as an entrepreneur, and find your way.
This means getting to know your competitors, in particular through benchmarking, which enables you to assess the performance, strengths and qualities, as well as the weaknesses, of your project by comparing it with those occupying the same professional sectors, while also reflecting on the differences or similarities.
You need to ask yourself the right questions: Who are the products aimed at, and why? For new product launches, publications, how to use the media and other social networks...
Finally, it's a good idea to create a personalised file of your typical customer, including age, culture, social and/or cultural level, experience, or a persona or marketing persona to design a target group.
